Founder & Contact

Paul Farago founded Rotation Research following decades of research into constitutional term-limit laws, eligibility systems, and the distribution of governing authority through time. That work expanded through comparative study of constitutions, institutions, and governance systems into the Rotation Research Framework.

The Framework organizes that work into a common analytical vocabulary for examining authority formation, authority distribution, governance legitimacy, continuity, renewal, constitutional maintenance, and institutional adaptation across a wide range of governance structures.

Questions and Corrections

This project aims for precision in the description of institutional structures, historical sequences, and analytical classifications. If you identify an error of fact, mischaracterization of a source, or unclear description of a mechanism, you are encouraged to submit a correction or question.
